With much respect to all of the Indigenous tribes that walked this land before us, preserving it so well, with deep respect for all plant and animal intelligence, alike.

May we pick up the pieces of our dear indigenous ancestors by reverting back to nature, with respect.

I would like to pay my deep respect to the Gadigal peoples, Past, Present and Emerging, of the Eora Nation, the land in which I was born and raised.

COMING SOON

Duration

What to expect during a Bush Medicine Walk:

We will meet at the South Maroubra entrance to the Malabar / Maroubra headland walk (back of furthest south car park)

As we go through the bush, I will point out plants, both native and introduced, and which are still used today, accompanied by the latest scientific research.

Traditional Medicinal uses and spiritual significance of certain plants.

What blooms will depend on the season and the weather.

What to bring / wear:

A note pad - if you would like to take notes

A camera to take photos of the plants; and for the traditional group shot at the end

Water

Sunscreen

Hat

Sunglasses

Appropriate closed-in footwear

(I am all about Earthing - walking bare foot to receive the Earth's vibrational medicine - but, safety first!)

If raining it will still go ahead, however if you feel uncomfortable with this, please feel free to call me and we can book in another day.
